2021 Advent Calendar by Sweet Fiber Yarns

The 2021 Advent Calendar will bring together both favourite and special one-of-a-kind colourways for a spectacular palette. Your packages will be filled with semi-solid, tonal and subtle variegated colourways. You can expect beautiful, sophisticated colourways that are not speckled nor blotchy in nature. Special attention will be given to how they look together should you choose to use them together in one large project, or several smaller ones. There will be a thoughtful flow to each day’s colourway should you wish to knit them in order of opening. If you love my colourways I am confident you will love this Advent Calendar! 

Each Sweet Fiber Yarns Advent Calendar will include 24 individually wrapped 25g mini skeins, one full size 115g skein to open on the 25th and several special notions hidden throughout. Each package will be individually wrapped and numbered (1-25) and will be delivered in a sturdy, wrapped box. The yarn base will be the highly versatile Super Sweet Sock yarn, made with a blend of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon, making it perfect for socks, accessories, and garments. Please note that the full size skein is intended to be knit as a stand alone project as it is the last one to be opened. I recommend having an additional neutral skein on hand if you wish to stripe something with your minis. 

There are a limited number of Sweet Fiber Advent Calendars available to make sure I am able to give each one the special attention they require. Pre-orders take place well in advance as it takes me quite a few months to put it altogether. Once they are sold out I will not be able to add any more. A handful of extra Advent calendars may become available once all pre-orders have been delivered. 

Traditionally Advent Calendars are opened December 1st to 25th, one corresponding package for each day. If you choose to open yours early or all at once, please do not publicly share any images until the corresponding date (ex. package #12 would be shared on December 12th 2021).

A note on theme:

There is no theme, other than a beautiful, custom palette designed by Melissa. The image thumbnail does not represent the palette, the palette will be kept a secret until you open it. Pictures on the product page are from the 2020 edition. This Advent Calendar will not include any Christmas related colourways, notions or packaging. If you prefer your box be labelled with something other than "Advent Calendar 2021" please leave a note a check out and I will be more than happy to accommodate.

24 x 25 gram Super Sweet Sock mini skeins - 82 meters each (1968 meters total)

1 x full 115 gram skein of Super Sweet Sock (379 meters)

Little notions hidden throughout

Recyclable packaging

Shipping fees include expedited shipping, tracking & insurance

A few changes from last year:

Mini skeins will be wrapped in a resealable paper pouch instead of a cloth bag

The full size skein will be Super Sweet Sock

The colourway palette will be different from the 2020 Advent Calendar
