If you are unhappy with your order in anyway please contact us. We gladly accept exchanges on regular priced yarn only when made within 30 days from the purchase date. If an exchange cannot be made a store credit for our online store will be issued. Please contact us before mailing any returns.
Yarns must be returned in original condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange, this means free of pet hair, odours, not wound and with the original tags still attached. We reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirement.
Shipping will not be refunded under any circumstance and in the case of an exchange you may be asked for additional shipping payment. All sale yarn and Mystery Sets/Trios are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards, notions, patterns, books, PDF patterns and E-books. Due to the nature of dyed to order yarns, club memberships and Advent Calendars, all dyed to order yarns, club memberships and Advent Calendars are a final sale.
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately all sale items are a final sale.
Exchanges / Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for further information.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themself to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is for defective reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is tracked.
